Pema Chödrön, one of the foremost students of the late Ven. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, is the resident teacher/director (abbess) of Gampo Abbey in Nova Scotia - a Karma Kagyu centre affiliated with Vajradhatu and the Shambala Centers.
