Nalanda Monastery

Nalanda Monastery is a monastery for western monks of the Gelukpa Tradition of tibetan Buddhism. It offers a perfect environment for meditation and study, and appropriate living conditions for the ordained. At present, there are 35 monks and lay men living there, who present the core of the monastery, and some nuns and lay women.
